A date of the last modification: 15 Feb 2010  



Early versions of Roland XP-10 had no a backlit LCD screen, so reading was not clear.
Just there was an almost impossible to read the non-backlit LCD.






However, this can be changed now. Here is the effect of solution, Roland XP-10 with LCD backlit display:




I chose a new, modern LCD with white letters on a black background,




but can be any other display.




BTW, I like modification. Here is Roland U-110 and his new LCD with white letters on a blue background:






Unfortunately, in both cases, you can't simply remove the old LCD module and put a new one.
This requires a greater modification of the electronic unit.
